Welcome to my page! I'm glad you're here.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in cities around the world, including Kyiv, London, Singapore, and New York.
These experiences have shaped my perspective and strengthened my passion for connecting people, technology, and culture. Today, I’m back in the Netherlands and based in Utrecht.
I work as a DevOps consultant, helping large organizations modernize and accelerate their IT capabilities. I enjoy improving collaboration, streamlining processes, and enabling teams to deliver value faster and with greater confidence.

I'm a DevOps consultant, and I can help your organization make sense of all the DevOps concepts that drive high-performing, technology-focused teams.
With over 20 years of experience in IT management, Leadership consultancy, and Systemic coaching, I guide both leaders and teams through meaningful, sustainable transformation.
I take a systemic approachm, meaning we look at the whole picture, not just tools or processes. And yes, I’m a big believer that work should be meaningful, but also fun.
I offer support with improving IT performance (using the DORA framework), executive coaching, and organizational consulting.

Let's talk life
In my spare time, I love staying active with my daughter and playing sports in the beautiful Maxima Park. I also enjoy spending time with friends and exploring the city's great restaurants and breweries, like the local Maximus Brewery and Roodnoot Brewery.
But it's not just about having fun for me. I'm deeply invested in my community, and I'm passionate about giving back. I'm involved in various (sports) associations, I help organize events in my neighborhood, and I teach at DigiWIJS (Utrecht) and Digitale Bruisplek (Vleuten-De Meern) to help people who are not fully ready to participate in our digital society.

I am an active member of the Dutch liberal democratic party, D66. It gives me incredible opportunities to learn much about my city and province, its people, and the tough decisions that must be made to keep everything running smoothly.
I'm the co-founder of Utrecht's entrepreneur network Bloei66, Board Member of the D66 Region Midden Nederland. and chair of the Utrecht Economic Affairs & Finance working group, where I'm passionate about contributing to making our city work for everyone.
